The Power of Attorney is the Highest Authority Kind of Legal Document
The power of attorney is commonly given to the family lawyer to give him or her ultimate power to do all legal actions for the family. It is considered as the highest form of authorization for any representative in the absence of the rightful person entitled. Any person who give authority on her or his behalf is enough proof that he or she trust the representative body that was been chosen to go and act direct the entire necessary job for her.
This kind of authority was given to lawyer when it deals with properties particularly if about land property. A land property that has been bought long time ago and has no proper documents presented by the buyer and the family heir who inherit the property question about the previous deal. It is to avoid the owners to have the hassles of getting to court as this kind of case will take few years before the decision can be given. In some case it is not advisable that the power of attorney is being given to the lawyer although the petitioner must follow all the advice from the lawyer. In terms of legalities and laws the lawyers know it best compare to anybody else who are pleading to know more about the law but actually do not.
